The Facilities Management Innovative Team looks at various efficiency issues across the department and makes recommendations for improvements in processes. The team welcomes ideas for projects or processes that could be improved. Projects have included: Marketing the department across campus, aiding various subdepartments (painters, custodians, etc) make their processes more efficient/utilize their skills, brainstorming budget-enhancing ideas, developing a customer-satisfaction survey, and brainstorming energy and water saving ideas, among others.
