Projects
Most of our projects can be described as one of the following:
1. Core Projects
Most of Web Strategy's focus is on these projects, which directly support the University's strategic enrollment and endowment goals.
2. Immediate Priority Projects
While these may not fit the definition of "core projects," they must be addressed quickly. They have a potential impact on enrollment and revenue or reflect priorities of senior leadership.
3. Maintenance
Unit or department staff members perform most day-to-day Web maintenance, such as updating information. Web Strategy does support the ongoing functionality of various existing sites.
