Shoo the Flu
Free Flu Vaccines for a Safe and Healthy Campus.
This fall, Creighton will offer free flu vaccinations to all students, faculty and staff at the Omaha and Phoenix campuses. As a reminder, the flu vaccine is required for all health sciences students and encouraged for all other students, faculty and staff. Learn more about immunization requirements.
Complete your flu vaccine consent form in advance (Please bring your completed copy with you to the clinic to help reduce wait times.). In Nebraska, individuals under 19 years of age must have the consent form signed by their parent or guardian prior to arrival. If this is not complete, telephone consent will be required on the day of the clinic.
The Shoo the Flu clinic will be hosted at the following times and locations:
Omaha Campus
All clinic locations will be open for walk-in visitors.
- Sept. 26: 10 a.m. — 3 p.m., KFC Basketball Courts
- Sept. 27: 10 a.m. — 1:30 p.m., Harper 4068/4069
- Oct. 5: 2:30 p.m. — 5 p.m., Dental School 127/128
- Oct. 16: 12 p.m. — 3 p.m., Werner Building Classroom 127/128
- Oct. 17: 12:30 p.m. — 2:30 p.m., Ryan Center
- Oct. 18: 10:30 a.m. — 1:30 p.m., Hixson-Lied Atrium
Omaha Metro
- Oct. 4: 9 a.m. — 11 a.m., CUMC Bergan 1161-C
