Student Jobs

The University encourages all students, faculty and staff to stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations. Effective July 1, 2023, health sciences students, faculty and staff (includes those in dentistry, paramedicine (EMS), medicine, nursing, occupational therapy, pharmacy, physical therapy and physician assistant programs, along with house staff medical residents) are required to provide documentation of their primary COVID-19 vaccine(s) or have an approved religious or medical exemption on file with the University.

For our Health Sciences faculty and staff, please email your COVID-19 vaccine documentation to EmployeeHealth@creighton.edu or request an exemption from the University prior to your start date and coming to our campuses. To request a medical or religious vaccine exemption, complete the medical exemption request or religious exemption request and submit to EmployeeExemptions@creighton.edu prior to your start date and coming to our campuses.  (Exemption review and decision notification may take up to five business days.)

Please note you also will be required to comply with other COVID-19 guidelines as set forth by applicable federal requirements, state or local laws and orders, or by the University. Visit Creighton’s COVID-19 website for additional information.
