2023-2024 Annual Staff Performance Reviews

Our 2023-2024 Performance Review process has opened. Creighton embraces a performance-based culture, reflective of our Jesuit values, traditions and discernment as a strong foundation, calling for the ongoing formation of all individuals. Our review process gives both our managers and staff the opportunity to carve out time for reflection and ideally helps create clarity, boosts engagement and inspires growth and development.

Staff can now begin accessing the self-review portion of the 2023-2024 review. Goals can still be submitted and imported into the review document, if needed. Self-reviews should be completed by June 30, and manager evaluations should be completed by July 31.

This timeline allows time for the merit planning process, which begins in early August. Please note: Nine, 10 and 11-month staff should take into consideration their individual work schedule and adjust the dates accordingly to ensure completion of their performance review documents and conversation prior to Aug. 1.

The following websites and resources are available to assist with the performance review process: 

New staff members who started April 1 or later are not required to complete a performance review for 2023-2024. In addition, the following positions do not complete a performance review in the myHR system: faculty (follow the review process established by school or college), residents, temporary employees and student employees.
