The MyIT Service Desks at Creighton University provide technical support resources needed to get the most out your education. We support all students, faculty and staff whether you are on our campus in Omaha or studying remotely in any part of the world. We’re just a quick email or phone call away.

  • Walk-in: Criss III 458 or Reinert Alumni Library
  • Hours: 7:45 AM to 8:00 PM (Central Time) on Monday through Thursday and 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM (Central Time) on Friday.
    • Calls and emails will be returned within 24 hours Monday through Friday. MyIT follows the University calendar for closures, holidays, etc.
