25Live is Creighton University's event reservations tool. It is a web-based scheduling and event-publishing system that provides a centralized scheduling system, data repository and calendar of events.
Faculty, staff, and designated student organization members may be granted access to request event spaces (see the student organization event scheduling page for more information).
The policies for reserving event space are different for faculty and staff reservations and student organization reservations. Please review the applicable process carefully before completing making a reservation request.

To Access 25Live:
All Creighton University users have access to view space availability and events. Event Form access (the ability to request a reservation) is granted following account creation and activation by the administrator. If you'd like Event Form access, please:

Student Organization reservation requests must be accompanied by a confirmed CU Involved event confirmation number. Requests not accompanied by a confirmation number will be denied. Process for student organization event requests>>
You must request a room at least FIVE business days in advance. The earliest an event can be scheduled is 365 days in advance (for event spaces only). Please allow 2-3 business days for your request to be processed.
Note: If you miss the FIVE business days period for event submission, you will not be able to make reservation in 25Live on your own. Instead, you must email the details of your event to reservations@creighton.edu and the reservation will be made based upon the availability of the requested space. Requests may be denied due to short duration, event type, or space availability.
Once an event request has been submitted, you must email reservations@creighton.edu to make changes to an event.
Cancellation requests must be received in writing at least three business days prior to the scheduled event to avoid charges. To cancel an event request:
*Please do not send in multiple cancellation requests for the same event.
Academic spaces cannot be reserved until all academic classes have been scheduled and spaces have been released by the Registrar's Office. Please see this information for event requests in academic spaces.
