SUMMER 2023 FINAL GRADES AND GRADE POINT AVERAGE (GPA)

  • For courses ending July 15, 2023 or earlier, grades are due July15 at Noon.
  • For courses ending July 16 - August 12, 2023, grades are due August 17 at Noon.
  • For most students, final grades and official GPAs will be viewable on their NEST account by August 21.  
  • Grades for students in the School of Law will be visible in September.

SUMMER GRADES/TRANSCRIPT ORDERS

For transcripts to include Spring 2023 grades/degree, you must choose one of these processing options when placing your order:

  • Hold for Degree
  • Hold for Grades

Do NOT use either of these options if you place your order after August 22!

For Summer 2023, official transcripts ordered with "Hold for Degree" or "Hold for Grades" will be released August 24.

GENERAL GRADE INFORMATION

Grades are accessed through the NEST.

Grading involves several steps.

  1. Faculty must submit grades.
  2. ALL grades for ALL courses must have been submitted.
  3. The Registrar's Office finalizes the grade process after Steps 1 and 2 are complete.
  4. Usually, grades are posted approximately one week after the submission deadline.  However, delays are possible.
