How to request an Enrollment or Degree Verification

Creighton University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications.


The National Student Clearinghouse offers a Student Self Service which allows you to:

  • Print enrollment verification certifications;
  • View your enrollment history and enrollment verifications provided at your request;
  • Check loan deferments sent to your lenders;
  • Link to real-time information on your student loans.

Access Student Self-Service on the NEST at Student Records>Student Services>Clearinghouse Student Self Service.

NOTE: Creighton submits enrollment updates to the Clearinghouse for a given term after the Drop/Add deadline for that term.  Additional updates are provided approximately monthly.

For verifications that cannot be handled through Student Self Service, or if questions, please contact the Registrar's Office at  registrar@creighton.edu. Include your name, NET ID, Date of Birth, details of your request. We recommend that you also include the name and mailing address/email/fax number of the company to which the verification must be sent.
