To report a lost or stolen card, call 800-688-7070. The bank representative contacted may not be familiar with Creighton’s business account. The only information necessary for a Creighton business account is the last four digits of the cardholder’s social security number or the cardholder's NetID and our billing address of PO Box 3266, Omaha, NE 68103-0266. No other information is required.
