Meeting Times and Places:
1 An Orientation and Robert’s Rules presentation for new and returning members will be offered at 2:30 p.m. CDT, in person (LAW 122) and by Zoom, immediately prior to the first Faculty Council meeting on August 25.
2 The statutory ECAC meeting to be held at least two weeks in advance of regularly-scheduled AC meetings will take place a week on 9/1 to accommodate the Faculty President’s and Provost’s absences due to their meeting with the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees on 9/8.
3 FC/AC review of the changes to the University Statutes recommended by PC-RUSH; a second meeting on 10/27 may be needed.
4 Again, the statutory ECAC meeting to be held at least two weeks in advance of the regularly-scheduled 10/20 FC/AC meetings will take place a week earlier (9/29) to accommodate the added FC/AC meetings (10/6) scheduled for discussion of PC-RUSH recommended changes to the University Statutes.
5 ECAC meeting to end at 5 p.m. CDT.
