W-2s to Arrive in the Mail

W-2 forms are being mailed to employee homes this month. If you do not receive your W-2 form by Feb. 1, please contact Human Resources at HumanResources@creighton.edu or 402.280.2709.

Your W-2 form is also available to view and download online at myHR. Creighton is also required to furnish eligible employees with a Form 1095-C on or before March 1. If you don’t receive your form by Feb. 15, please contact benefits@creighton.edu. Learn More.
