Staff Advisory Council: Support Local Students With New School Supplies

The Creighton University Staff Advisory Council is hosting a back to school to support area children in need of new supplies. Help local children return to school with confidence by equipping them with new backpacks and school supplies. Thank you for your support. The campus drive ended in Phoenix on June 30 and will end in Omaha on July 28. 

New School Supplies 

The school supply drive will go to The Salvation Army's Help Kids Back to School Backpack Program. Requested items include:

• Backpacks
  • Youth and adult size, any color
• Writing
  • Spiral Notebooks
  • 2-Pocket Folders
  • Pens, pencils, sharpeners and erasers
• Art
  • Crayons, markers and colored pencils
  • Glue Bottle/Sticks
  • Colored or themed paper
• Other 
  • Reusable Water Bottles
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Tissues

Please purchase and donate new items only. No donation is too small. By donating just one back of notebooks or one box of crayons, you will help a student live up to their full potential at school. Monetary donations can also be accepted to the Salvation Army.

  • The back-to-school supply drive in Omaha is through July 28. Donation boxes will be placed near entrances or visitor desks at the Cardiac Center, Labaj Building, Harper Center, School of Dentistry, Reinert-Alumni Memorial Library, and more. See the Omaha flyer.
