No Junk Challenge Begins July 7

Have you ever wondered how your body would react if you were to give up junk food for a month? Would you have more energy? Would you be in a better mood? Would you have more money left over? 

The Creighton Employee Wellness program is challenging you to do just that. The 30-day No Junk Challenge kicks off Sunday, July 7. Faculty and staff can choose whether to avoid fast food, alcohol and/or junk food during this challenge. Receive helpful tips, accountability and encouragement and have an opportunity to win prizes. The challenge ends Aug. 6. Register online

Participants will also earn 1,000 points on the Creighton Wellness Platform. The program includes: weekly emails, healthy habit trackers, mocktail and healthy junk food demonstration, and more.
