New Dining Options to Feature National Brands

Creighton is investing in the V.J. and Angela Skutt Student Center to enhance the student experience and bring national brand retail dining to campus. 

Selection of the food concepts was guided by student feedback. New retail food options will include: Qdoba, Firehouse Subs and an expanded Mein Bowl. Jack & Ed’s convenience store will expand and will continue to offer Godfather’s Pizza and Hissho Sushi. The expansion will also allow more room for grab-and-go meal options.

When the renovated Skutt Student Center dining area reopens in January 2024, students, faculty, staff and visitors to campus will find an engaging environment with improved gathering and seating areas on the lower level. Starbucks in the Skutt Student Center will reopen for the fall term in August.

As a reminder, Wareham Court, Skutt Starbucks and Jack & Ed’s convenience market (all located inside of the Skutt Student Center) are temporarily closed. Read more about summer dining options.
