myIT Discontinues Service Desk Email May 1

Are you frustrated with service delays caused by sending email to the myIT Service Desk?

To improve the service, the Division of IT is asking everyone to use the service portal to submit at ticket at myservices.creighton.edu instead of emailing servicedesk@creighton.edu. By using the portal, your questions are more quickly directed to someone who has the expertise to answer your question.

Beginning Wednesday, May 1, the servicedesk@creighton.edu email account will not be monitored, and any messages sent to this address will receive a system generated notice to use the service portal or call the service desk. Of course, you can still contact the service desk with questions or service outages by calling 402-280-1111 or 800-329-1011.
