Merit Training Session 

As the 2023-2024 annual performance review cycle comes to an end, the merit process will officially launch Aug. 21.

Human Resources will be hosting a Monthly Manager Briefing for all designated Compensation Reviewers on Thursday, Aug. 15, at noon CDT, 10 a.m. MST to provide merit system training. Register for the live training via Bridge. The merit training will also be available as an on-demand module in Bridge that you can view at your convenience.

Managing to the Mission Workshop

Looking to tie the Ignatian mission to your work as a manager or supervisor? Join the fall Managing to the Mission program Sept. 18 to Oct. 23. 

This three-session program gives you the chance to network with other managers, receive collegial support and integrate the mission concretely into your work. Led by your peers and graduates of the Creighton Colleagues Program, this program focuses on practical application of mission by leveraging participants' wisdom and guiding participants through situations people have encountered. Human Resources and Mission and Ministry provide additional support and sponsorship. For more information and to sign up, complete the registration form.

Please note: Managing to the Mission Workshop is a pilot program and will be offered in-person on the Omaha campus. The program will be offered in future terms in both in-person and virtual formats.
