Managing to the Mission Program

Looking to tie the Ignatian mission into your work as a manager or supervisor? Join the fall Managing to the Mission program starting on Sept. 18. This three-session program gives you the chance to network with other managers, receive collegial support and integrate the mission concretely into your work. 

The registration form provides information regarding dates/times. 

Led by your peers and graduates of the Creighton Colleagues Program, this program focuses on:

• practical application of mission by leveraging participants' wisdom
• guiding participants through situations people have encountered

Human Resources and Mission and Ministry provide additional support and sponsorship.

Please note: For the fall 2024 semester, this pilot program will be offered in-person on the Omaha campus. The program will be offered in future terms in both in-person and virtual formats.
