Kleinwort and Cushing Discuss Leadership, Interpersonal Skills and Imposter Syndrome

Seth Kleinwort, assistant director of operations and outcomes at the Creighton University Career Center, and Rachel Cushing, DMSc, assistant professor in the School of Medicine, recently spoke on the Stuck(ish) Podcast. 

Kleinwort speaks about the transformative power of Tabletop Role Playing Games (TTRPGs) and discusses how this activity can go beyond entertainment, offering valuable lessons in social interactions, interpersonal skills, innovation, creativity and adaptation. Cushing speaks about the psychological patterns that contribute to feelings of fraudulence and self-doubt that many leaders experience and provides valuable strategies to recognize, confront, and overcome the imposter syndrome.
