Free Flu Shots Available This Fall

This fall, Creighton will offer free flu vaccinations to all students, faculty and staff at the Omaha and Phoenix campuses. As a reminder, all health sciences students are required to receive an influenza vaccine by Nov. 1, 2024. All other students, faculty and staff are strongly encouraged to receive an influenza vaccine.

Complete your flu vaccine consent in advance and bring your completed copy with you to reduce wait times. 

In Nebraska, individuals under 19 years of age must have the consent form signed by their parent or guardian, or a power of attorney form completed prior to arrival. If this is not complete, telephone consent will be required on the day of the clinic visit. If you previously had a power of attorney form submitted to Student Health, you will not need telephone consent.

All flu vaccines administered this year will be latex- and preservative-free. The vaccines are egg-free this year. For questions, please contact immunizations@creighton.edu.
