Free Biometric Health Screenings This Fall

It’s time to schedule and receive your free annual biometric screenings. These health and wellness screenings include height/weight, blood pressure and blood draw (HDL/LDL/Total Cholesterol, Glucose and Triglycerides). 

All benefit-eligible Creighton faculty and staff are invited to participate. Participants can attend one of the following onsite screenings, download a Physician Results Form to take to their personal physician or go to a Quest Patient Service Center in your area.

Fasting is recommended for the most accurate results. Please refrain from eating or drinking, except water, for 9-12 hours prior to your test.

Omaha Campus

All those attending an onsite screening will get a free $7 Starbucks gift card. 

Registration closes two weeks prior to each screening event date. Be sure to schedule your screening early. All screening dates are subject to cancellation if minimum number of signups are not met. All benefit-eligible Creighton faculty and staff who complete both their biometric screening and Health Check survey by Dec. 31, 2024, will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing for campus dining packages, gift cards, personal training, massages and more.

Complete the Health Check Survey and Schedule a Screening

Registration is required and closes two weeks prior to the screening date.

1. Log in to the Creighton Wellness Platform, Virgin Pulse.
2. Go up to the “Health” tab. Click “Health Check” to take the short questionnaire.
3. Go to the “Benefits” tab. Click View All, then click on the “Quest Biometrics Screening” tile to schedule your screening.
   1. From here, you will be directed to the Quest website and you can select your biometric screening time at one of our onsite events, or download a Physician Results Form to take to your personal physician, or you can schedule a screening at one of the Quest Patient Service Centers.
