Faculty, Staff Encouraged to Wear Blue on Monday and Attend Creighton Pathway

On Monday, Aug. 19, all faculty and staff on our Omaha campus are encouraged to wear their blue and line the campus mall from St. John’s Church to the Wayne and Eileen Ryan Athletic Center to support our newest incoming students participating in the Creighton Pathway. 

Use this campus map to see where each department should line up along the mall.

This traditional Welcome Week event begins at 10 a.m. in front of St. John’s Church with a welcome from University leadership, including Creighton President the Rev. Daniel S. Hendrickson, SJ, PhD. The students will then process down the mall toward Morrison Stadium, where they will touch the beak of the Billy Bluejay statue before heading into the Ryan Center for the Academic Convocation.

There will be video, photography and drone shots taken of students, faculty and staff. Please wear Creighton blue or light blue.
