Chris Destache, PharmD, professor in the School of Pharmacy and Health Professions, has been elected an Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) Fellow as announced by the IDSA Board of Directors.
The IDSA is a community of over 13,000 physicians, scientists and public health experts who specialize in infectious diseases. Our mission is to improve the health of individuals, communities, and society by promoting excellence in patient care, education, research, public health, and prevention relating to infectious diseases. Fellowship in the Society is a recognition of and honor conferred upon those who have achieved professional excellence in the field of infectious diseases.
