Creighton University’s requirement that all students, faculty and staff reporting to its Omaha and Phoenix campuses be vaccinated against COVID-19 expired on Friday, June 30.

As previously announced, students, faculty and staff enrolled or working in the health sciences will continue to be required by the University to provide documentation of their COVID-19 vaccination primary series or have an approved religious or medical exemption on file with the University prior to coming to campus.

The University also continues to strongly encourage all individuals coming to its campuses to stay up to date with their COVID-19 vaccines in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations.
